WHY OUR TEENS PROGRAM?
Help your teens by making them strong. Through our teens fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, resiliency, and confidence.
We use age-appropriate weight lifting, metabolic conditioning, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and gymnastics movements. We get teens to LOVE exercise.
What is it?
This coach-led class is 60 minutes of making fitness fun. Each class consists of a warm up, skill/strength, Metabolic conditioning and a cool down.
When is it?
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:30-4:30pm
How long are the cycles?
Each cycle is 8 weeks, and we will do our best to follow the school breaks to best support family vacations.
What ages are appropriate?
Teens ages 12-17
What is the cost?
$15 per class with an 8 week commitment paid up front.
Can parents watch?
We prefer parents to stay outside the gym while the group is training.
